What You'll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
- Learn product knowledge and sales processes through hands-on training
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale
- Work with sales managers and finance professionals to deliver an outstanding buying experience
What We're Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Retail, hospitality, banking, restaurant, wireless, or similar experience encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
