Welder - Fabricator

We're looking for a lead fabricator who can move a project from shop drawing to installation. Offering flexible schedules, competitive wages, retirement options, and paid time off to our valued employees.

Things You’ll Be Doing:

• Shop leader: Directing 1-3 other fabricators.
• Fabrication: Read and interpret shop drawings and understand manufacturing sequence.
• Welding: Proficiency in various welding techniques, primarily MIG & TIG. Experience with soldering techniques is a bonus!
• Metal Finishing: Grinding, sanding, polishing, patinas, etc. It has to look right.
• Installation: From construction site to finished home, a project isn't complete until it's installed. We're known for expert installations.
• Collaboration: You'll be an important member of a team that has a reputation for attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Working safely: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work space.
• Maintenance: Routine repairs to the equipment and tools that keep us working is a bonus.

Knowledge that you have:

• Experience: You’ve got solid experience in welding and fabrication.
• Skills: Metalworking, metal finishing, and all of the details needed to complete a project.
• Attention to Detail: You know what high-quality craftsmanship looks like, because you have a strong interest in design, architecture, and art.
• Problem Solver: Good design begins with solving problems. You like a challenge and have a big bag of tricks to show for it.
• Team Player: You enjoy working with others and know how to keep a cool head.
