About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Account Coordinator who is organized, client-focused, and energized by fast-paced problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in coordination, communication, and delivering exceptional service.
You’ll support elite local and national clients, working closely with Account Managers and our Special Projects & Programs team to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding client experiences.
This is an in office role out of our Crystal Lake, IL office.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Account Coordinators at Gallant are responsible for:
- Managing and processing facility service requests
- Coordinating schedules with clients, technicians, and vendors
- Verifying service completion and conducting quality assurance checks
- Sourcing, evaluating, and managing vendor relationships
- Facilitating clear communication between technicians and clients
- Updating internal systems and providing client status updates
- Ensuring work meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
You will be successful in this role if you:
- Have 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance coordination
- Have 2 years of vendor sourcing and management experience
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office and technology systems
- Adapt easily to changing priorities and workloads
- Understand the pace and demands of the commercial facilities services industry
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and clients
- Enjoy solving problems and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Know how to maximize value while managing costs
- Are proactive, hands-on, and driven to create measurable impact
- Are comfortable communicating via email and phone at all levels
- Bring a strong sense of urgency and a customer-first mindset

Role Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Candidates must be flexible and available to assist with coverage as needed.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
