You will work alongside account managers account coordinators and a special projects and programs team.

GALLANT Facilities Coordinators are responsible for:

• Accepting and dispatching service requests
• Coordinating schedule dates with all parties
• Confirming service completion
• Quality assurance
• Sourcing vendors
• Communication between techs and the client
• Communication between afterhours team and day team
• System and client updates

The ideal person for the position will:

• Have coordinator experience working in an environment where you dispatched service techs to complete work across the nation or in a geographical area.
• Be comfortable working with technology systems such as Microsoft Office Suites
• Be able to adapt to a changing environment and workload
• Grasp the challenges associated with the fast-paced commercial facilities services
• Be able to communicate with technicians and clients
• Relish in the dealing with clients and their problems
• Know how to maximize value while minimizing cost
• Be willing to roll up their sleeves to make a measurable difference
• Be comfortable communicating in e-mail and on the phone with different levels of technicians and clients
• Have a high sense of urgency and customer service mindset

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SECOND SHIFT POSITION.

• Weekends will be required along with second shift during the week. Weekend scheduling is handled by first, second or third shift Saturday and Sunday. During the week, your second shift hours are 4PM To Midnight CST. You will be given two days off during the week.
