What You’ll Do
- Develop new business within your assigned territory through prospecting and relationship-building
- Partner with decision-makers across manufacturing, automotive, food service, healthcare, and other key industries
- Deliver consultative sales presentations focused on Gallagher Uniform’s customized uniform and workplace solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to close and customer handoff
- Build a portfolio of long-term, recurring-revenue accounts
- Collaborate closely with service and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (B2B, route sales, uniform rental, or facility services a plus)
- Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mindset
- Professional, confident communicator who builds trust quickly

- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record that meets the requirements of our insurance carrier
