This is not a basic PM role. We are a design-forward, high-end residential painting and finishing company, and we need someone who understands both execution and aesthetics.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Manage high-end residential painting and finishing projects from start to finish
- Lead crews on-site and hold a high standard for quality, professionalism, and pace
- Work closely with ownership, clients, and designers to bring projects to life
- Ensure every detail is dialed—especially on fine finishes and high-gloss work
- Own scheduling, job flow, and overall project execution
- Solve problems in real time and keep projects moving forward
- Proven experience managing high-end residential projects
- Strong design eye—you understand what “right” looks like
- Hands-on experience with fine finishes, high-gloss, and detailed work
- Ability to lead crews and command respect on-site
- Organized, accountable, and takes ownership of results
- High standards—this is not a volume shop
