Position Summary:
The QA & Testing Coordinator (Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint) focuses on supporting quality assurance processes and ensuring testing efforts align with business needs. Responsibilities include understanding business processes, identifying testing requirements, and ensuring proper QA execution as part of ongoing releases. This role involves building a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and how they are implemented within related systems under general supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in daily QA and internal project meetings
- Conduct ongoing reviews of QA testing scripts to ensure alignment with development efforts
- Collaborate with QA team members to clarify questions about intended functionality
- Work closely with functional and technical resources to understand business requirements and technical design
- Summarize QA observations to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals
- Provide daily support to the QA team, addressing needs and resolving questions
- Serve as a communication liaison between QA and functional teams
- Perform other duties as required to support organizational goals and objectives

About You
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- 3 years related experience required including project support
- Knowledge of software testing concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with both business and technical teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint
- Experience with software testing tools
- Knowledge of Scrum Framework
- Ability to translate business requirements into test cases
- Able to assess if test cases effectively test functionality
- Experience working with software QA teams
- Understanding of testing requirements for SDLC
- Experience with DevOps and/or AccelQ
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
