How you'll make an impact
Service Delivery & Client Support:
- Help establish best-in-class service delivery, renewal management, and processes to support consulting clients.
- Deliver service plans, manage workflows, and engage with broker partners.
- Produce and explain client-facing documents, research-based analytical reports, and presentations.
- Participate in client calls and meetings as necessary.
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions or best practices.
- Systematically gather and analyze data from various sources to identify implications and recommend solutions.
- Consult with team members to provide technical support and resolve client issues.
- Manage a multi-tasking desk with numerous ongoing projects in a highly transactional client services environment.
- Set priorities, plan, and coordinate work activities to meet deadlines.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Support and mentor assigned staff, assisting in their career development.
- Provide guidance on resolving complex matters and ensure team members are equipped to handle client needs effectively.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office Products. Intermediate knowledge of database systems and their functionalities. Excellent communication skills written and oral.
Preferred: Work history in some sector of the insurance industry and/or client account management. Power BI and Cotiviti expertise. Knowledgeable in using various analytical approaches to problem solving. Experience in International Employee Benefits and/or Global Mobility ideal. Exposure to Finance, Tax, Legal preferable.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
