We are seeking a Client Service Director to join our growing team who can lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service! Are you interested in developing the talent on your team?

How will you lead the business?
- Communicate at all levels to deliver high-quality client service consistent with Gallagher operational standards and practices.
- Lead team to directly support key sales related initiatives and revenue retention.
- Manage and develop a Client Service team.
- Independently tackle multiple tasks and manage responsibilities for self and team(s).
- Utilize your strong interpersonal and planning skills to consistently achieve productivity and performance measurements.
- Resolve difficult, high profile client issues: Conduct root-cause analyses, implement appropriate corrective action plan(s), and implement lessons learned for future benefit.
- Demonstrate a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise focused on service quality, people, process, and technology.
- Lead people and processes, including crafting and implementing client service and productivity improvements.

About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5 years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10 years client service and/or claims management experience. 3 years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise focused on service quality, people, process and technology. Prior experience designing and implementing. Significant experience leading and managing teams (preferably in a matrix environment) with an operational service delivery or shared services environment.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
