Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Auto Solutions Leader to drive the development and execution of differentiated risk management solutions tailored to the commercial auto market. Through the ability to assess market and industry trends, the Global Auto Solutions Leader will have significant involvement in shaping the strategy of GB’s auto business and providing support for its growth through solution development, pricing strategy, and sales and marketing support.

How You'll Make An Impact

Solution Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, implement, and refine commercial auto risk management solutions.
  • Integrate go-to-market strategies to effectively position solutions, enhance visibility, and drive long-term growth.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor the commercial auto market, key industry participants, emerging technologies, and client expectations.
  • Evaluate the viability of potential products and solutions based on market trends and technological advancements.

Auto Solutions Pricing Strategy:

  • Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and client willingness to pay to support pricing decisions for new and existing solutions.
  • Assess the impact of pricing strategies on revenue goals and strategic objectives, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Engage in sales efforts to grow the commercial auto business within the current client base and broader risk management initiatives.
  • Position GB’s auto capabilities to retain clients, expand market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop marketing strategies that clearly communicate the value proposition of GB’s offerings to key stakeholders and align with market needs.

About You

Required:

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Auto Insurance claims knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)
  • Analytical capabilities to interpret complex data
  • Program management experience

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours. Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
