What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse - RN/LPN - night shift FT or PT position at Galion Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehab?
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN/RN will provide high-quality patient care, support residents and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support STNAs/CNAs as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Provide patient and family education
Qualifications:
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of Ohio
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous nursing experience preferred (long-term care experience a plus)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
