Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Provide individualized care and support to children, including those with special needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a collaborative learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for all students.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in caregiving or working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings.
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support children's social skills.
