Galerie Living is a fully integrated senior living organization encompassing capital, development, and management of luxury senior living communities. • Support preparation of financial statements for management, development, and capital entities
  • Assist with intercompany transactions, allocations, and eliminations
  • Support accounting for development activity, capital expenditures, and fixed assets
  • Partner with operations and community leadership to ensure accurate expense coding and financial reporting
  • Support audit, tax, and compliance requests across multiple entities
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or multi-property environments strongly preferred
  • Exposure to development accounting, property-level P&Ls, or multi-entity structures preferred
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems, specifically Yardi
  • Experience supporting audits and working with external partners
  • CPA or CPA-track a plus, but not required
