Position: Scrum Master DATA PM
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Role Summary
Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Snowflake Data Engineering Data Warehousing and Cloud Data Modernization projects The candidate will drive Agile delivery manage stakeholders and ensure successful execution of data initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Standups Reviews and Retrospectives
- Remove impediments and manage risks dependencies and escalations
- Work closely with Product Owners Architects Data Engineers and business stakeholders
- Track Agile metrics and ensure ontime delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Provide regular project status and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- Experience delivering Snowflake Data Warehouse Data Lake ETLELT and Data Migration projects
- Good understanding of Snowflake architecture data modeling and cloud platforms AWSAzure
- Handson experience with Jira Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- CSM PSM SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Experience in Data Modernization and Cloud Migration programs
- Insurance domain experience is a plus
- Must Have Agile Scrum Stakeholder Management Snowflake Data EngineeringData Warehouse Projects SAFe Jira
