Job Summary
- Seeking a Product Owner / Product Manager with strong experience in AI-powered chatbot, Knowledge Management, Search, and Generative AI products.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, user-centric design, KPI definition, and trade-off analysis.
- Experience working with enterprise AI solutions, knowledge base platforms, RAG-based chatbots, and cross-functional teams is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and vision for AI/GenAI-driven products.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize features and initiatives using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and Value vs. Effort.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Business teams to deliver product enhancements.
- Drive user-centric product decisions based on customer needs and feedback.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize product metrics, KPIs, and outcome measurements.
- Perform trade-off analysis and make informed product decisions.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
