Job Title: Lead Data Analyst (QlikView)

Job Summary
Lead Data Analyst responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to deliver analytical reporting, dashboard solutions, KPI frameworks, and business insights. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, QlikView, data analysis, and reporting within large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive QlikView dashboards, scorecards, and reports supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
- Support high-priority initiatives, including dashboard redesign, modernization, and analytical projects.
- Translate business questions into actionable data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Define, monitor, and enhance KPIs and business metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis and data validation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Create ad hoc analysis and executive-level presentations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and offshore teams to deliver analytical solutions within established timelines.
- Participate in requirements workshops, solution design discussions, effort estimation, and prioritization activities.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and enhanced data visualization.
- Maintain documentation for business rules, metrics definitions, data lineage, and reporting solutions.

- Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
