What You'll Do
Client Service
- Greet clients and patients warmly and create a calm, positive experience from check-in to check-out
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries by email and social media
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily flow of the front desk
- Process payments, invoices, and check-outs accurately
- Keep the practice management system up to date with client and patient records
Veterinary Assistance
- Safely restrain and handle animals during exams and procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and assist veterinarians and technicians during appointments
- Take patient histories, weights, and vitals
- Help with basic lab work, sample collection, and prepping medications as directed
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary work environment
Operations
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and ordering inventory
- Suggest improvements to processes and policies
- Support the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
