- Utilize inventory management skills to identify opportunities to sell and move inventory.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, using persuasive communication skills to build interest and negotiate deals.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every customer leaves the dealership satisfied and loyal to the brand.
- Utilize software and technology to manage customer interactions, track sales, and analyze market trends.
- Use mathematical skills to calculate and negotiate the best deal possible for customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- A strong background in customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience with inventory control and management.
- Proficiency with sales software and technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not necessary.
