At GALENA ABA,Speech & OT, we are passionate about helping children reach their full potential through high-quality, family-centered care. We are a growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct speech therapy services while supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with Florida regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs.
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy services.
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, including direct and indirect supervision, documentation review, and clinical guidance.
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, re-evaluations, and daily documentation.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, teachers, and families to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Florida SLP License.
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (or eligible).
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour
