The Deal:
- Pay: $20.00/hr (Drivers) | $18.75/hr (Laborers) Yearly Raises.
- Gear: Late-model Scags/Exmarks. Mechanic on staff for quick repairs.
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hours. Weekends are for your family.
- Winter: Mandatory "On-Call" snow work (Trucks, Loaders, or Sidewalk Crews).
Requirements:
- 18 Months professional landscape experience (required).
- Proven skills with zero-turns, power tools, mulching, and pruning.
- Attendance: 90-day "No-Show" probation. If you miss a day in your first 3 months, you no longer have a job.
- Culture: We are a team of adults. If you can’t make it through a workday without a substance, don't apply. We maintain a drug-free culture and strictly enforce post-accident testing.
Driver's license is preferred but not required for laborers.
