Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in managing high-stakes real estate transactions? Gale Legal Group, PLLC is seeking a Full-Time Escrow Officer / Real Estate Processor to handle purchase and refinance closings—both residential and commercial.
As a key part of our real estate law team, you'll ensure transactions move efficiently from contract to closing, coordinating with clients, attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and title professionals to guarantee compliance and accuracy every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Serve as a central liaison between clients, attorneys, agents, lenders, and title insurance professionals
✅ Oversee escrow and closing processes with precision and attention to detail
✅ Prepare and review legal documents, title insurance documents, and settlement statements
✅ Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations governing escrow and real estate law
✅ Facilitate timely communication to ensure seamless closings
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Required to work full-time in our Colchester, VT office
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with efficiency
🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
