Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy Development: Works with the Senior RGM Manger to design and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies focused on pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel optimization to maximize profitability across a portion of Galderma’s consumer portfolio.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage internal and external data sources to conduct in-depth analyses, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align revenue initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate revenue performance across channels and brands, providing regular updates and insights to senior Sales leadership.
- Pricing & Profitability Optimization: Analyze pricing structures and market dynamics to recommend adjustments that enhance margins while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data-driven insights and strategic plans to internal teams and external partners, fostering alignment and driving consensus on growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in revenue growth management, business development, or a related commercial role, preferably within CPG.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability improvements through strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with external data sources.
- Deep understanding of key business functions, including Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset.
