Cable Installation Technician

Cable partner for a company's like Comcast, Spectrum, COX, Altice etc.KEY JOB DUTIES: Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for residential television, internet and phone services. Troubleshoot all services up to Cable standards and specifications. Troubleshoot NOISE, INGRESS Installations could include relocating cable outlets, replacing/installing drops, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths. Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.Must have a truck or work van capable of carrying a 28' ladder (VAN or TRUCK)Mask, Gloves, T-shirt, cargo pants, company jersey ( I will provide the jersey),28' ladder , 6' ladder All safety tools ( safety belt, 2 cones, hard hat, safety vest, lace up work boots with heel and covered ankle, protection glasses) XM-1 or Xm-2 , Viavi 630 meter, VeEX CX310 ( lease options available ) All cable tools (coax crimper, stripper, cutters, pliers, wrench key 7/16, terminator key, p-key, star key, concrete bit, wood bit, hammer-drill, cordless drill) Iphone or IpadMust be able to pass drug screening and background checkStrong communication skillsWE DON'T PROVIDE A VEHICLEWill train right individualsOnce hired will need to setup your own LLC, sole proprietorship, etc.Experience needs to be in markets like: Comcast, Spectrum, COX, Altice ( Suddenlink), DISH or DirecTV will be considered by interview over the phone.Company DescriptionWe are looking for 10-15 techs to join us in metro Boston area.
