We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Commercial Cleaner to join during evening hours. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Conduct window cleaning and pressure washing to maintain exterior and interior glass surfaces when necessary.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, and mopping, to ensure a pristine environment
- Manage laundry services for linens or uniforms as required
- Follow strict sanitation and infection control protocols to promote a healthy workspace
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all cleaning activities to ensure safety and compliance with health standards
Skills
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care
- Ability to handle chemicals safely and effectively while adhering to safety guidelines
- Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, pressure washers, and extraction machines
- Good customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants when needed
- Attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards.
