Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support food preparation and service by handling basic kitchen tasks as needed.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and chairs.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient service.
- Assist with banquet or special event setups when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.
- Experience with bussing, food preparation, or kitchen operations is advantageous.
- A positive attitude with a focus on guest service excellence.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary operations and customer service standards.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
