About Us
Sylvester's Maintenance & Mechanical, fast-growing building maintenance company serving commercial customers throughout the Denver Metro and I-25 corridor. With over 10 years in the facility maintenance industry, we have grown from a company of one to a team of 40 employees — including service technicians, office support staff, and sales representatives.
The Role
We are seeking a Door Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of service calls for our commercial customers. Working safely and efficiently, you will install, maintain, and repair high-speed doors, sectional doors, operators, gates, dock levelers, and related equipment.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors, operators, dock levelers, and gate systems
- Install new equipment and components at customer sites
- Maintain accurate digital work orders and communicate job status in real time
- Uphold safety standards on every job site
- Represent Sylvester's professionally with every customer interaction
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What We're Looking For
- Two (2) or more years of recent experience as a Door Technician preferred
- Welding experience a plus
Compensation
Sylvester's Maintenance and Mechanical offers competitive pay commensurate with experience. Specific compensation details, including hourly rate or salary range, will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
Pay range: $26-$48 per hour.
