We are seeking a compassionate and dependable HHA to assist patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
- Help with safe transfers, walking, and positioning according to the care plan.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide light housekeeping related to patient care.
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse.
- Complete accurate documentation and follow infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current HHA or CNA registration.
- Current CPR certification and required TB screening.
- Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
