You’ll play a key role in maintaining system uptime, executing audit remediations, and supporting enterprise technology used across banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter)
- Manage and secure Windows Server systems and Active Directory
- Execute server hardening and audit remediation tasks
- Monitor infrastructure health and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity
- Coordinate system upgrades, patching, deployments, and equipment installations
- Provide Tier 2–3 support to end users and IT helpdesk
- Document processes and contribute to security/compliance best practices
- 3 years of hands-on experience in system or infrastructure administration
- Recent, hands-on experience with VMware products (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
- Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking concepts, switches, routers
- Experience with audit remediation or server security hardening (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
US Citizen or Valid US Green Card
