Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager
Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite)
Skills: Spring Boot, Java, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Technical Skills Required-
Solid understanding of application development, integration, and infrastructure platforms
Working knowledge of Java, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and DevOps models (hands-on not mandatory)
Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD, release management, and production support operations
ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
15–18 years of overall IT experience with 8 years in delivery management / program management roles
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of technology programs and applications across multiple workstreams
Plan, execute, and track delivery milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Ensure delivery commitments are met in line with SOWs, SLAs, client expectations, and quality standards
Manage onshore/offshore delivery teams, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders for delivery, status, and escalations
Drive Agile and/or hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, release planning, and execution tracking
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependency bottlenecks
Ensure compliance with governance, security, risk, and audit requirements, especially in regulated environments
Oversee production support, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure platform stability
Manage vendor and partner relationships, including performance reviews and issue resolution
Track and optimize delivery costs, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
Provide leadership on process improvements, delivery efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Governance & Operations
Experience managing SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, financials, and compliance metrics
Strong understanding of risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements
Ability to drive incident, problem, and change management processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in BFSI / Capital Markets / Financial Services environments
Exposure to cloud migration, modernization, and automation programs
PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL certifications (preferred, not mandatory)

Salary : $80 - $85
