Senior ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow ITSM Engineer

Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8 years of hands-on platform development, integration, and solution design experience. The ideal candidate can independently design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions while taking a 360-degree view of requirements, dependencies, and platform impact before implementation.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across workflows, forms, catalog items, automation, and integrations.

· Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, custom applications, and custom tables.

· Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

· Assess upstream and downstream impacts before implementation to ensure changes do not disrupt existing functionality or data flows.

· Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement sustainable fixes.

· Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, security, and performance optimization practices.

· Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and deployment support across environments.

· Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
