Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented QA professional with strong experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and reliability across Salesforce configurations| integrations| and customizations.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting Quality AssuranceoDevelop and execute test plans| test cases| and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.oPerform functional| regression| integration| and UAT testing.oValidate workflows| automation| and security settings within Salesforce.oTest CTI functionality including call routing| screen pops| and softphone integration.Defect ManagementoIdentify| document| and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.oCollaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues promptly.Business Process ValidationoEnsure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.oValidate data integrity and system performance post-deployment.Documentation ReportingoMaintain detailed test documentation and provide regular QA status reports.oCreate and update test cases for new features and enhancements.Required Skills QualificationsTechnical Skillso3 years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.oHands-on experience testing CTI integrations oFamiliarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model.oExperience with QA Automation tools is a plus.Soft SkillsoStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.oExcellent communication and documentation abilities.Certifications (Preferred)oSalesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
