SAP S/4 Hana Senior Solution Architect(Data)
Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles and frameworks.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with focus on change enablement and training.
Expertise in training strategy development, curriculum design, and delivery for SAP projects.
Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or similar tools for content creation and end-user training.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
Ability to design communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption roadmaps.
