Role Descriptions: Platform Operations Infrastructure Support oAdminister and support AWS environments across Dev| UAT| and Production| including EC2| VPCs| Bastion hosts| S3| Lambda| CloudWatch| GitLab runners| and AWS Certificate Manager. oMaintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows server components| including patching| package management| server reboots| vulnerability remediation| and environment readiness activities. oSupport infrastructure planning for global expansion| including Snowflake integration| multi-region AWS deployments| and operational readiness for new platform capabilities. Application Support| Monitoring Incident Management oProvide production support for the IAA web reporting interface and related backend components| including SAP S4HANA| PostgreSQL| S3 storage| ETL pipelines| StepStream| and Bloomberg integrations. oMonitor application and infrastructure health using AWS CloudWatch| system email alerts| ServiceNow notifications| GitLab Service Desk| and Azure DevOps boards. oTriage incidents| coordinate resolution across development| infrastructure| accounting| and service desk teams| and support the transition of support processes into ServiceNow.
