Courtyard by Marriott Sparks/Reno is seeking a driven Sales & Catering Manager to own and grow our Thursday–Sunday business demand across group sales, catering, and events.
This is a focused hospitality sales and catering manager role designed for a strong revenue-minded professional who thrives on weekend-driven business opportunities.
Location: Sparks/Reno, Nevada
Schedule Focus: Thursday–Sunday
Relocation: Open to qualified candidates
Compensation: Competitive salary – based on experience (negotiable)
- Drive group, catering, and event sales for peak weekend demand
- Build and maintain strong local business and group relationships
- Convert short-lead and high-impact revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless event execution
- Maximize hotel performance during high-demand periods
- Hotel sales / catering / hospitality sales experience preferred
- Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills
- Experience with branded hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) a plus
- Ability to focus on Thu–Sun revenue performance
- Open to relocation and growth opportunity
