We’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and customer-focused Store Manager to join our growing team.
Location: This role will begin with training in our Prosper location. Final placement will either be in our Prosper or Grapevine locations.
About the Role:
The Store Manager leads daily retail operations, drives sales performance, ensures top-tier customer service, and cultivates a motivated and high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and lead a team of Sales Consultants.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
- Create daily and weekly sales goals, monitor metrics, and coach performance.
- Execute merchandising plans, promotions, and display standards.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with General Manager and corporate teams for strategic execution.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of retail management experience required.
- Proven sales leadership with a focus on coaching and accountability.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.
Compensation:
Salary plus monthly and quarterly performance bonuses, benefits, and employee discounts.

Projected Total Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
