Overview:
The Operations Manager oversees warehouse logistics, fleet management, installation scheduling, and customer service operations. This role combines leadership of warehouse, service, and delivery functions to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse staff, service technicians, and installation crews.
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, deliveries, and installations.
- Ensure all vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained to company standards.
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure efficient routing.
- Conduct safety checks, enforce OSHA compliance, and maintain facility standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer satisfaction and timely service.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of warehouse or operations management experience.
- Knowledge of inventory systems (STORIS experience a plus).
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Projected Total Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
