We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer to spearhead our installation projects and lead a team of skilled technicians. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design plans and schematics.
- Interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately install heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems.
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and local codes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related HVAC installation or service technician roles with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and heating equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design documents accurately.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting; experienced in welding and equipment repair techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in field service operations with a focus on property maintenance or commercial/residential installations.
- Ability to weld and work with different refrigeration systems.
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
