The Salesforce Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining the overall Salesforce strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap for large-scale enterprise environments. This role ensures that Salesforce solutions align with business goals, adhere to architectural best practices, and integrate seamlessly across multiple systems and platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, strong integration experience, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the Salesforce enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with overall IT and business objectives.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (as applicable).
- Oversee the Salesforce implementation roadmap, including system integrations, data models, security architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and solution architects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and architectural blueprints.
- Establish best practices, standards, and frameworks for Salesforce development, deployment, and DevOps processes.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and AppExchange products to enhance Salesforce functionality.
- Partner with enterprise architects from other domains (e.g., Data, Integration, Security, Cloud) to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Conduct technical reviews and architecture assessments to ensure solution integrity and compliance.
- Lead the governance of Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal configuration, performance, and scalability.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and architectural trends to drive innovation.
