What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at Turkish Coffee Shop, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Handling kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
- Working on the grill and preparing dough (preferred but not required).
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy hours.
- Following all food safety and hygiene protocols.
We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience (required).
- Grill and dough preparation experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- A reliable, fast, and hardworking attitude.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
