Description: Galarneau Builders is seeking a dedicated and experienced construction supervisor for residential and/or light commercial construction sites. This role involves general supervisory duties, including overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule, and maintaining a safe work environment. In addition to leadership qualities, candidates should have the ability to problem-solve, handle job site challenges, and ensure all work meets company standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this position. The supervisor will work 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday. A reference check will be required to verify experience and work ethic.
