We are seeking a Systems and Compliance Manager to join our team and ensure that our operations run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with all requirements.
The Role
The Systems and Compliance Manager is a mission-critical leader who:
- Oversees non-financial compliance, including emergency drills, scholar records, and staff files.
- Coordinates state and national testing to ensure smooth administration and 100% participation.
- Serves as the technology coordinator, ensuring all scholars and staff have access to devices and programs.
- Manages food service compliance and supports an excellent scholar dining experience.
- Ensures teachers have needed supplies and oversees purchasing and inventory.
- Supervises and develops office, custodial, and lunchroom staff to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming school environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in school operations, compliance, or systems management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort with technology systems and troubleshooting.
