Job description:

• We are seeking a Connected Worker Endpoint Support Engineer to provide L1 L2 technical support across Connected Worker solutions mobile devices laptops and enterprise endpoint environments
• The role will support the complete device lifecycle including provisioning configuration deployment troubleshooting compliance maintenance and retirement.
• The ideal candidate should have handson experience with Microsoft Intune iOS Android Windows laptops enterprise mobility endpoint support IT service management and field IT operations preferably within industrial or operational environments.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 support for Connected Worker devices applications laptops and other enterprise endpoints.
• Provision configure enroll deploy replace and deprovision mobile devices and laptops.
• Manage endpoint configuration policies applications and compliance through Microsoft Intune and enterprise devicemanagement platforms
• Support iOS Android Windows laptops rugged devices and industrial mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware software application deviceperformance authentication VPN WiFi cellulare SIM and network connectivity issues
• Monitor endpoint health security patching configuration and compliance status.
• Support devices operating in field industrial hazardous and frontline environments.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support and user enablement for office and frontline workers.
• Conduct user training and assist with adoption of Connected Worker technologies.
• Support cybersecurity governance endpoint risk assessment compliance tracking and remediation activities.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of endpoint vulnerabilities policy violations and securityrelated issues.
• Support incident request problem and change management activities.
• Coordinate device deployments upgrades migrations replacements and technology refresh activities.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory device assignments deployment records lifecycle information and support logs.
• Perform infrastructure support activities such as server checks backup validation configuration checks and policy enforcement where applicable.
• Track Connected Worker adoption device usage recurring incidents support trends and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs troubleshooting guides knowledge articles technical documentation and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity network infrastructure mobility application field operations and other support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support ITrelated projects through planning execution riskdependency tracking documentation and status reporting.
• Ensure endpoint and Connected Worker operations comply with applicable security safety regulatory and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation service improvement and reduction of recurring support issues.

• Understanding of cybersecurity endpoint compliance risk management and audit requirements
• Strong troubleshooting documentation reporting and stakeholdercoordination skills
• Ability to work across multiple technical teams and vendors to resolve complex operational issues
