About the Role
GALAA Windows is on a mission to disrupt the window market in Connecticut. We manufacture premium, European-style tilt & turn windows, right here in Plainville!
With a grassroots mindset and big vision, we’re now hiring a Lead Sales Representative to spearhead new account growth, build lasting relationships, and establish GALAA as a serious force in the world of windows and doors.
We sell to homeowners, builders & architects, supply houses, contractors, and more. Our focus is rooted in the residential new-home & commercial sector.
This is a hybrid, outbound-focused role with regular local travel to meet builders, contractors, and high-end homeowners. Your goal? Land big jobs, fast. And earn big while you’re at it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead our sales force to generate, nurture, and close deals with potential clients that you will source
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to acquire new B2B and B2C accounts
- Focus on high-volume projects for maximum commission opportunities
- Build trust-based relationships with builders, supply houses, contractors, and designers
- Read and understand specs, architectural drawings, and technical details
- Scout, plan, and lead territory expansion, dealer onboarding, and trade show presence
- Report directly to the owner and help shape how GALAA shows up in the market
Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $50-80k
- Commission: 5 - 10% of sale
- Benefits: Company car and/or gas card
- Flexible, autonomous work structure with real ownership of your territory
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (windows or construction materials preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and jobsite language
- Proven self-starter mindset—no micromanagement needed
- Willingness to learn CRM tools (GoHighLevel) and quoting software
- Hustle, confidence, and resilience under pressure
