Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and decision-makers through offline channels, including attending community events to promote Gala Circle’s products, with a focus on the restaurant industry.
- Build and maintain a list of potential vendor partners, supporting online outreach to expand collaboration opportunities.
- Lead product demons and assist in creating tailored solutions for clients, providing training and installation support for Gala Circle’s system.
- Mentor and train interns to build their professional skills, focusing on sales strategies, client engagement, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for restaurant clients.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, specifically in the restaurant industry (e.g., restaurant wholesale, restaurant software, or other foodservice-related products).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and lead training sessions for interns.
- Bilingual proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in both English and another language, such as Mandarin/Spanish, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and the ability to implement effective promotion strategies within foodservice businesses.
