What You’ll Do
Warehouse Operations

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in line with Vantage safety standards.

Accurately receive, process, and fill customer orders.

Perform inventory transactions, transfers, and reconciliations using ERP systems (Infor Visual).

Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Operate warehouse equipment and assist with deliveries and pickups as needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Customer Service

Provide exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Learn product part numbers, applications, and functions to better assist customers.

Partner with other Vantage locations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to products, pricing, and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
-
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: At least 1 year in a warehouse or customer service-related role.

Experience in the elevator industry is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or POS systems preferred.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Forklift operation experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid driver’s license required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
