What You’ll Do
- Lead and promote a safety-first culture, conduct audits and ensuring compliance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in, phone, and email customers.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring product availability and 99% inventory accuracy.
- Manage MRP and purchasing activities to achieve service and inventory goals.
- Verify pricing and purchase order accuracy within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with business units and quality teams to resolve delivery and data issues.
- Lead semi-annual physical inventories and reconcile results with Finance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.
- Support daily warehouse operations as needed (including forklift operations).
- Travel occasionally within the RSC network for support or program rollouts.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in distribution, inventory control, or warehouse management.
- Familiarity with MRP, ERP (Infor VISUAL 9 preferred), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of ownership, enthusiasm, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- CPIM certification or multi-site buying experience is a plus.
- Forklift certification/experience is a plus.
