Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- 3 years Billing or similar level of accounting education & experience.
- Experience in Billing
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and general accounting systems.
- Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well with others and able to follow instructions
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Generate, prepare, and send accurate invoices to clients.
- Calculates, reviews, and processes freight charges for shipments, ensuring accuracy between carrier invoices, customer contracts, and shipping documentation
- Work actively with customers and other departments to provide invoices and statements on accounts.
- Update customer accounts along with setting up new customer accounts.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

- Day shifts, generally 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Based in Quincy, IL or Dallas, Texas (In-Person)
