Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- 3 years Collections experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and general accounting systems.
- Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well with others and able to follow instructions
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Actively monitor accounts receivable aging balances, identify delinquent accounts, and follow up with customer including- contacting customers by phone and/or email, correcting and resubmitting invoices if necessary
- Work actively with customers and other departments to provide invoices and statements on accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with customers while maintaining accurate customer account records
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Processes incoming credit card payments
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
