Gaiser Plumbing is looking for a skilled Journey-Level Plumber (PL01) to join our growing team in Spokane Valley, Washington. We primarily service Spokane County with occasional projects in Kootenai County and surrounding areas. We're not your average plumbing outfit—we take pride in high-quality work, integrity, clear communication, and building trust with every customer. We DO NOT encourage high pressure sales tactics. What You'll Be Doing:
- Performing residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Handling service calls (primary), remodels, and new construction projects (secondary)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of plumbing systems
- Collaborating with our team to complete projects on time and to code
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers from a wide range of cultures, income levels, and backgrounds
- Representing Gaiser Plumbing with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Required Qualifications:
- Able to work in the United States of American without sponsorship
- Valid PL01 Washington State plumbing license or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
- Drivers license with a clean driving record
- Proficient with mobile apps (job tracking, communication, timecards, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused mindset
- Dependable transportation
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- MECH 1 fuel gas card (Spokane County)
- Experience in service plumbing
- Licensed in both Washington & Idaho
- Certified in backflow testing
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40 /hr DOE
