The pay range for this position is $44,800 - $64,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission
- Handles complex customer inquiries via phone and written communication, providing timely resolution or escalation as needed.
- Researches, documents, and processes requests while accurately updating account histories and maintaining proper records.
- Performs data entry, document matching, and mail processing to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across systems.
- Monitors daily transactions, reviews reports, and ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Collaborates with team members and leadership to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support daily operations, including mentoring less experienced staff.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Six or more years of customer service or high-volume telephone experience.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including help desk software, and standard office/telephony technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate organizational processes and stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
